When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses takes 10–25 business days.

Customized or special orders require an additional 2–4 days for processing.

Usually, packages weighing less than 2 kg or containing fewer than 10 shirts are shipped as a single package. Orders exceeding this will be split into multiple packages.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed or lost due to force majeure or other reasons, resulting in the package not being delivered.

If the package is lost by customs, please do not worry — we will resend it to you free of charge and ensure you receive it.
